What tools are these templates built in?
All the templates are built on Canva, an easy-to-use platform. We also include a tutorial on how to edit on Canva, export and import into your email marketing platform.
Can these emails be used for Klaviyo, Mangomint, Mailchimp, Blvd or Emma?
Absolutely! Our emails can be implemented on any email marketing platform of your choosing. We have video tutorials showing you step-by-step how to add these templates to your platform. Simply insert your branding and copy into the templates, export them as images, and then add them into your email platform.
When are the monthly marketing Q&A calls?
We will take a poll each month to determine the best and optimal time to host the call. This way, it will be based on the group's majority availability.
Can I ask anything in the marketing Q&A calls or in the Slack?
Of course. Even though this membership program is email marketing-focused, you're supported by Team Cheya Media, a holistic Marketing Team. Ask any and all marketing questions and we'll respond within 48 hours or less.
I like to plan ahead. When will the templates and calendar be dropped?
We're Type A too, so you're in the perfect place We'll release the upcoming month's templates and calendar on the 15th so you'll have two weeks to access and plan your next month's emails! For example, you'll receive August templates and calendar on July 15.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime (but we don't think you'll want to!). Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime, as long as it's 48 hours before the next payment. You'll still have access until the end of your current billing period. Annual subscribers can cancel, but canceling means it won't renew next year. You'll keep access until your billing period ends.
What if I'm not a beauty brand? Can I use this too?
Of course! Our examples and pre-recorded modules are tailored for beauty brands (e-commerce, medspas and aesthetic clinics). However, our plug-and-play templates, CTAs and subject lines apply to anyone. If you attend our calls or submit email reviews and audits, we are also able to cater our responses and suggestions to your business and your needs.
